Our client is looking for a candidate with previous recruitment experience and who is able to prove their billing success.
Responsibilities:
To identify and contact suitable clients and candidates (both existing and new), understand their respective needs, and then meet or exceed their requirements through marketing and delivering quality recruitment services whilst continually meeting agreed targets and complying with the company’s procedures and Minimum Acceptable Standards (MAS).
Primary Objectives
Earn revenue for the company by matching quality candidates with suitable clients
Build and maintain a loyal and profitable client base
Identify business opportunities and raise the market’s awareness of the company’s capabilities by continual contact with a wide range of clients and candidates
Proactively share relevant information and expertise with division and company colleagues
Deliver an outstanding customer service experience to clients and candidates
Adhere to an agreed personal Quarterly Business Plan (QBP) to ensure that division and company business plans and objectives are exceeded |
